Howell, from various locations in the Santa Lucia Range, Monterey Co. (SCoRO); that UC has three vouchers from Slover Mtn near Colton, San Bernardino Co. (SCo); and that Andy Sanders (in a 3/13/03 e-mail to M. Wetherwax) reported that Slover Mtn has become a cement mine and all of the high quality limestone has been removed. [Therefore, SCoRO and SCo to be added to range given in The Jepson Manual [Ed. 1] (but plants on Slover Mtn, San Bernardino Co., probably extirpated]. | |||||

C. Eaton) Grusz & Windham may become the accepted name for Cheilanthes cooperae D. C. Eaton. | |||||
