Pulga 7.5′ USGS quad. W of Feather River. Growing upslope from road with Eremogone cliftonii growing in clumps that are scattered along the slope. 75% canopy. In a Pseudotsuga menziesii, Quercus chrysolepis, Pinus ponderosa forest, and Quercus kelloggii forest. 80% in fruit, 20% vegetative. Slope 40 degrees. Purple rhizomes present.
