Associated plants included: Boykinia rotundifolia, Lilium humboldtii ocellatum, Platanus racemosa, Umbellularia californica, Symphoricarpus mollis, Toxicodendron diversilobum, Ageratina adenophora, Artemisia douglasiana, Carex spissa, Sambucus mexicana, Rhamnus ilicifolia, Marah macrocarpus, Rubus ursinus, Keckiella cordifolia, Solanum douglasii, Anthriscus caucalis, Stellaria media, Cardamine oligosperma, Rosa californica, Pellaea andromedifolia, Polypodium californicum, Dryopteris arguta, Senecio mikanioides, Mimulus aurantiacus, Sanicula crassicaulis, Ficus carica, Ulmus parvifolia, Fraxinus uhdei, Sonchus oleraceus, Galium aparine, Nicotiana glauca, Bromus diandrus, Vulpia myuros, and Piptatherum miliaceum
