Morphology Notes  ?   Lenticular shape Boggy meadow, with a steep slope on the northeast side. Nice forest of large Abies magnifica in the surrounding forest. Many evidence of large mammals that utilize this meadow. Lots of Drosera rotundifolia here too. Other associated plants include: Pinus contorta murrayana, P. monticola, Salix eastwoodiae, Rhododendron columbianum, Vaccinium uliginosum occidentale, Pteridium aquilinum pubescens, Hosackia oblongifolia, Helenium bigelovii, Erigeron glacialis, Oreostemma alpigenum andersonii, Chamerion angustifolium circumvagum, Sisyrinchium elmeri, Lilium kelleyanum, Sphenosciadium capitellatum, Oxypolis occidentalis, Triantha occidentalis, Pedicularis attollens, Carex utriculata, C. echinata, C. lemmonii, Agrostis idahoensis, A. humilis, and Eriophorum crinigerum. Rhizomatous.
