Habitat  ?   Shady moist Alnus rhombifolia woodland just up from river. Lush dense herbaceous understory on deep dark damp duffy soil dominated by Heracleum lanatum, Urtica dioica, Stachys albens, Rosa californica, Thalictrum sparsiflorum, Scripus microcarpus, Juncus effusus. Dry Calocedrus - Abies woodland adjacent.
