End of oil exploration road out of the town of Fillmore (Goodenough Road).; Devils Heart Peak 7.5 Quad.General collecting from Dough Flat north along an old road that is a hiking trail now, to a little north of Squaw Flat near 34.54399N, 118.89703W.  
Morphology Notes  ?   Chaparral slopes that had burned, maybe around 2-4 years ago, on sedimentary rock formations. Dry area with plant species of: Quercus agrifolia, Platanus racemosa, (in Canyon bottoms), Adenostoma fasciculatum, Rhamnus ilicifolia, Ceanothus cuneatus, Fraxinus dipetala, Juglans californica, Toxicodendron diversilobum, Eriogonum fasciculatum, Heteromeles arbutifolia, Yucca whipplei, Galium angustifolium, Salvia leucophylla, S. mellifera, S. apiana, Ericameria linearifolia, Solanum xanti, Eriodictyon crassifolium nigrescens, Prunus ilicifolia, Sambucus mexicana, Antirrhinum multiflorum, Dendromecon rigida, Mimulus aurantiacus, Eriophyllum confertiflorum, Garrya veatchii, Paeonia californica, and Cercocarpus betuloides. Growing on slopes.
