| Morphology Notes ? | No water running within this canyon at this time. Canyon bottom had a deep layer of alluvium, that Ribes aureum gracillimum seems to like. As plenty of this taxa within canyon bottom. Other plants within this canyon, or on the slopes are: Quercus agrifolia, Sambucus mexicana, Heteromeles arbutifolia, Rhus integrifolia, Cercocarpus betuloides, Malosma laurina, Salvia apiana, S. mellifera, Yucca whipplei, Brickellia californica, Baccharis salicifolia, Toxicodendron diversilobum, Prunus ilicifolia, Artemisia californica, Eriogonum fasciculatum, Rhamnus ilicifolia, Adenostoma fasciculatum, Marah macrocarpus, Ceanothus crassifolius, Nicotiana glauca, Gnaphalium bicolor, Marrubium vulgare, Centaurea melitensis, Lessingia filaginifolia, Hazardia squarrosa grindelioides, Hirschfeldia incana, Lotus scoparius, Datura wrightii, Lonicera subspicata denudata, Mirabilis californica, Bromus diandrus, B. rubens, and Schismus barbatus. | |
