Locality  ?   Southwest side; From saddle along main crest where the dirt roads of Verdugo Mountain Way & Chandler Fire Road meet, (Thomas Guide 1998 street guide and directory) head north down Wildwood Fire Road.; Burbank 7.5 Quad.(closed road and plants growing back onto road) to old home site near La Tuna Canon Road. This home was burned down a long time ago, and road abandoned.  
Morphology Notes  ?   Growing along cleared side of road turnout at the saddle, along the main crest on hard compact soil, Gentle south sloping area, with full sun, in Coastal Sage Shrub Associated with; Erodium cicutarium, Heterotheca grandiflora, Lupinus bicolor, Bromus diandrus, B. madritensis rubens, Schismus barbatus, Avena barbata, Salsola tragus, Gnaphalium bicolor, Medicago polymorpha, Centaurea melitensis and seedlings of Hazardia squarrosa grindelioides.
