Habitat^?	Burned pinyon forest over rolling hills. Slope ca. 0-20 degrees, facing every direction except north. Sandy soil with ash and soot, 10YR 3-2 very dark grayish brown. Quaternary alluvium below hills of Mesozoic granite (tonalite and diorite).
