Habitat ? | Wet seep in canyon. Pool at orifice in wider section of canyon; outflow down narrow canyon mostly of exposed bedrock, ca. 3 m wide. Concrete and gabions around pool; pole fencing around that but with openings. Area heavily grazed by bighorn and / or deer. Miocene (or late Oligocene) volcanic flow rocks and minor pyroclastic deposits. Prosopis glandulosa torreyana clump by orifice pool; outflow vegetation primarily of annual grasses and forbs. | |
