Sand and gravel soil on slopes, 2.5Y 3/2 very dark grayish brown. Holocene alluvium below hills of Mesozoic granite and Mesozoic or Precambrian gneiss. Creosote bush scrub and desert wash vegetation. Frequent on rock walls along wash. | |
