Rocky hillside of talus and exposed bedrock, along rocky canyon with sandy wash. Hillside sloping 28 degrees, facing N05E. Canyon wash with gentler slope, generally facing east. Precambrian igneous and metamorphic rock, mostly gneiss and schist intruded by igneous rocks; may be Mesozoic in part. Creosote bush scrub. Scattered to frequent on slope.
