Ca. 5.7 air miles west-northwest of Essex. Between 34.75 N, 115.34 W and 34.75212 N, 115.33625 W.  
Habitat  ?   Rolling rocky hills and sandy wash. Slope 4-20 degrees, generally facing east. Precambrian conglomerate, shale, sandstone, limestone, dolomite, marble, gneiss, hornfels, and/or quartzite; may be Paleozoic in part (marine sedimentary and metasedimentary). Silt, sand and gravel soil, 2.5Y 3/2 very dark grayish brown. Creosote bush scrub. Occasional in wash.
