Habitat  ?   Exposed rocky outcrop shedding decomposed granite soil. Dominated by Coleogyne ramocissima, Grayia spinosa, Tetradymia axillaris, Psorothamnus arborescens, Ephedra spp., Achnatherum speciosum, with abundant and rich annual flora. Common in scrub.
