About 10.9 miles south-southwest of the town of Palo Verde.  
Habitat  ?   Floodplain along wash; slope 2 degrees, facing S10E. Quaternary alluvium, Pleistocene and Miocene non-marine deposits. Locally frequent, about 1500 plants mostly on the south side of Milpitas Wash Road. Aspect there S65E. 
Associates  ?   Larrea tridentata, Olneya tesota, Allionia incarnata, Bouteloua barbata, Parkinsonia florida, cf. Chamaesyce abramsiana, Chamaesyce micromera, Ambrosia dumosa, Lycium, Krameria, Sphaeralcea ambigua, Bouteloua aristidoides, Datura, Psorothamnus spinosus, Ambrosia salsola, Pectis papposa var. papposa.
