Associates  ?   dense vegetation of Prosopis glandulosa, Acacia greggii, Sporobolus airoides, Hilaria rigida, Larrea, Yucca schidigera, etc. 
Morphology Notes  ?   Very locally common prostrate annual in open areas between shrubs, assoc. with abundant immature Pectis papposa.
