Locality  ?   On northeast slope 2.7 miles south of the sign marking Jose Basin (Northeast of Auberry).  
Habitat  ?   This is along a logging road and occurred in mosses covering rocks and with seepage over the rocks. Intimately associated with Saxifraga californica. 
Morphology Notes  ?   Abundant. Flowers of all Orobanche in this population were creamy white with two prominent yellow folds at the throat on the lower lip.
