Habitat  ?   Narrow roadside opening through mixed conifer forest dominated by Ponderosa pine with madrone, tanoak, black oak. 
Morphology Notes  ?   Plants occasional; this collection if from the top of a single-stemmed erect plant, with branched inflorescence, 12 dm tall: flowers pale yellow.
