Morphology Notes  ?   Annual herb erect glabrous stem is 0.1-0.5 m. tall. Solitary purple-pink flowers at leaf axils having 4 petals with triangular shape that narrows into claw-like below 10 mm. Outer stamens having 4 red anthers and inner stamen consist of 4 creamy anthers. Budding flowers covered with soft hairs. Alternating lanceolate to elliptic leaves 10-30 mm long.
