Habitat ? | This herb was collected from a chaparral or brushland in the general vicinity of a ridge top on a flat exposure as a member of the herb layer in a fruiting state. The population was located on the top of a ridge system that had a smooth vertical slope shape and a smooth horizontal slope shape. It was growing on soil having a gravelly texture composed mainly of serpentine rock with a residual origin. | |
