Berkeley, June 1, 1941 - Came to call this morning Wm. Bridge Booke, of Cincinatti [sic][Cincinnati], who spends his summers on Mt. Shasta as custodian of the Sierra Club lodge. He is the author of a list of Mt. Shasta plants in the Midland Naturalist. He sys H.E. Brown met A.A. Heller in Idaho and became thrilled with the idea of collecting plants for sale as dried specimens. He was at Chico, where Heller lived or worked, for 2 or 3 years, during which time he collected 2 sets of plants on Mt. Shasta for sale. Part of these, says Heller, although indicated as Mt.
