a bit between the upper petals which are lanceolate and narrower than the lip which is of the same shape except in being broader. Petals greenish, erect. Dry fir woods.
No. 6499. Corallorhiza striata Lindl. [C. bigelovi Wats.] Sepals and 2 upper petals alike, approximated on upper side of flower and curved over column in such a way as to form a hood.
