Libocedrus decurrens, near San Benito Peak, stump, 5 ft. diameter at 3 feet!

No. 2718, Boschniakia strobilacea Gray. Near San Benito Pk. [Peak].
No. 2719. Quercus bullata, tho[ugh] most important individual in numbers in the shrub cover of the canyon slopes and ridges. This is far above Quercus dumosa (so called) which occurs lower down. Quercus bullata is invariably higher in altitude I should say, rather than northern, altho[ugh] at the north it comes down low in certain places.

No. 2726. Chaenactis. Rays pure white, disk pinkish. With _2725.
