[It has been argued that because the page of the basionym was not cited valid publication was not effected; however, the page range of Pringsheim's paper was cited in the references, and because only one name was proposed by Pringsheim, the protologue is considered coextensive with the page range of the paper (Art. 41.5, Note 1)]
