Locality Large meadow on either side of Highway 88, 2.5 miles south of Kirkwood. Large gravel pullout on the east side of road.

HabitatEast facing montane meadow in Abies magnifica forest with occasional Pinus contorta. Meadow dominated by Wyethia mollis and Lupinus polyphyllus. Mimulus breweri occurs in Mimulus guttatus, Mimulus moschatus (905), and Mimulus primuloides (906). Areas of disturbed soil and co-occurs with Mimulus guttatus, Mimulus moschatus (905), and Mimulus primuloides (906).
