Locality BLM Cache Creek Wilderness. NE part of Wilderness just west of confluence of Cache and Rocky Creeks, top ridge of peninsula that juts out into Cache Creek.

HabitatBlue oak woodland with shallow soil. Growing with Lasthenia californica, Plantago erecta, Lomatium utriculatum, Lupinus, Gilia tricolor, Sisyrinchium bellum. Very common. Flowers yellow.
