Locality San Bernardino Mountains, the 'lake' at Arrowbear Lake, east of Running Springs on south side of Highway 18.

HabitatShallow, muddy, artificial pond in yellow pin forest of Quercus kelloggii,Calocedrus decurrens, Pinus, Abies concolor, Populus trichocarpa, Salix lasiandra, etc. Fairly common white-flowered perennial on disturbed slope on east side of lake, between shore and small parking lot; flowers white. Most plants past flower, a few still flowering and many vegetative.
