HabitatBroad wash along road. Alkaline silt (cement) and gravel; color 7.5YR 4/2 (brown). Slope 2 degrees, S14E. Quaternary alluvium between hills of mesozoic granite.

Notes<coords cont.: SW/4 of NE/4>; In wash: Chamaesyce setiloba, Pectis papposa, Bouteloua aristidoides, Chamaesyce micromera, Dalea cf. mollis, Tiquilia. Along wash or on nearby hills: Petalonyx thurberi, Ambrosia salsola, Larrea tridentata, Ambrosia dumosa, Ephedra trifurca. Perennial herb, prostrate to 6 in. tall. Abundant in wash, about 3000 plants in the area.;
