Locality Ahjumawi Lava Springs State Park, 3 miles N. of McArthur, on the western edge of the Modoc Plateau. Collected from rocky outcrop on east facing slope overlooking lower Big Lake.

HabitatPlant from rocky outcrop on east facing slope. Outcrop in opening of a juniper woodland. To date, the only plant obs. within park. Growing with Scrophularia desertorum.
