Locality Sacramento Valley. N of Elder Creek, ca 0.28 mi W of the town of Gerber. In disturbed open area W of the railroad tracks and E of the Tehama-Colusa Canal.

HabitatDisturbed open area on flat to undulating grassland between vernal pools and swales. In drying bottom of a straight SE-tranding ditch, toward its southeast end, with other perennial wetland plants and a few medium size willow trees.
