macromorphologyErect annual herb, hairs rough, ascending, leaf hairs bulb-based. Calyx wide-urn-shaped in fruit, lobes ovate, midvein thick, bristly, corolla white. Nutlets 4, lanceolate, base truncate, gray, white-tubercled, 1 narrow-margined, 3 with wide flat lobed wing; uncommon.
