Locality Tehachapi Mountains, steep SW-facing slopes above Crane Canyon, c. 1 mile SE of Castac Lake

HabitatOak scrub burned last fall and now resprouting, sprouts 1-2 ft. tall. Fire apparently hot, based on little remaining potential fuel and low density of annuals. Annuals few but large; good diversity of species.
