macromorphologyFairly common annual in open areas and in dirt road on ridge south of Hubner house; fls. with purple limb, whitish throat, maroon tube. Stamens exserted. Foliage with no skunky odor (same as atractyloides). Tomentose infl. bracts, not noticeably glandular.
