Locality Cache Creek Wilderness area, southern edge of wilderness, accesssed via eastern forks of Rocky Creek Road and then via a private road owned by Stephen Gilardi (an area known as Brushy Sky High on some maps).
Elevation 808 m
HabitatEdge of Cupressus sargentii woodland and drainage entering chaparral slopes. Soil not as serpentine-influenced. Annual herb. Very common along old road above barrens area. Growing in disturbed situations. Thousands present.
