| Locality | southern part of Cache Creek Wilderness Area. Area is accessed via Morgan Valley Road and eastern forks of Rocky Creek Road. Permission granted to use private road to get to Wilderness boundary. |

| Habitat | Serpentine area; rocky bald surrounded by Quercus durata, Arctostaphylos viscida. Within bald associates include Allium falcifolium, Lewisia rediviva, Lotus. There is a seepy hillside on one edge that leads to a drainage. Warm microclimate at this spot. Most areas not in flower yet. Common small herb. Flowers pink. |
