Locality | CDFG North Table Mountain Wildlife Area, Table Mountain, in creek channel. From the parking area, go south to Campbell Creek in Beatson Hollow, along old road approximately 3 miles west of Cherokee Rd. |

Habitat | The stand runs along the south side of west-flowing creek. The slope is about 10 meters wide and about half of it has a one percent slope and then breaks to form a stream bank with a 20 percent slope. The stand is comprised of multi-layered and multi-aged trees and shrubs. There have been and continue to be cattle throughout this area. There is some damage to creek banks from cattle traffic. A path (once a road?) lies just above the stream channel on the south side. |
