Locality | Above north fork of the American River, east of Foresthill Bridge, along Upper Lake Clementine Road nearing the bottom (river end) of the road. |

Habitat | Steep SE- and SW-facing road cut with Pentagramma, Torilis, Cynosurus, Bromus, Lotus. Pine-oak woodland and chaparral vegetation. Approximately 500 plants present along road cuts and by turnabout in land slide area growing in part of shade and full sun both up and downslope of road. |
