HabitatLarge, n. facing limestone slope, few house-sized relict granite boulders. Limestone white, granular, no trees. Abies magnifica, few Pinus monticola, P. Murrayana, Tsugas around area. Linum Lewisii abundant, absent elsewhere; Cymnopteris terebinthinus, Crepis acuminata more abundant than elsewhere; Phlox Douglasii, Artemisia tridentata abundant. Sitanion on bench at top of slope and in sink hole at back edge of bench - and elsewhere in vicinity - further along than at Twin Lakes.
