Elevation 475 m
HabitatForest on gentle, N-facing slope, with deep soil derived from gabbro parent material. Quercus, Heteromeles, Lonicera, and Toxicodendron. Locally abundant. Tree, up to 10 m tall. Leaves labeled 'A' are from the main tree and leaves labeled 'B' are from a nearby seedling growing in the shade.
