HabitatDesert sand plant community, with Stipa hymenoides, Hilaria rigida, Petalonyx thurberi thurberi, Mentzelia longiloba, Croton californicus, Euphorbia parryi, Eriogonum maculatum, etc. Perennial with yellow flowers, mostly ca. 1/2 m tall.
