Locality West side of Tahoe Basin. D.L. Bliss State Park. Central portion of park east of Highway 89. Along the Lighthouse Trail.

HabitatMixed conifer forest dominated by Abies concolor, Calocedrus decurrens, Pinus lambertiana. Uncommon orchid. Several individuals in this general area. This individual has three stems, (took one). Corolla light purple with pink spots on lower lip. Upper lip and tube are yellowish. Lower lip rectangular, not wider near tip; lateral lobes rounded at tip.
