Habitat | This Juniperus californica stand looks stressed due to drought. Most trees within the more or less 5 acres stand have browning leaves. Abundant Poa secunda is mixed in with some non-native grasses in the herbaceous layer and all the herbs in the stand are dry and the soil is cracked. | ||||
