Locality Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, about 40 air miles N of San Francisco, 11 air miles E of Santa Rosa, 18 air miles northwest of Napa, 1.5 air miles northeast of Kenwood. In Adobe Canyon north of Sugarload Ridge along the Goodspeed Trail, 200 yards from the trail head on Adobe Canyon Road and just east of Bear Creek, 5 yards north of confluence with Sonoma Creek.
