Locality Vail Lake area, into Wilson Creek at east end of lake.
HabitatSandy wash draining; alluvial scrub in wash, chaparral and sage scrub on slopes. Erect shrub, stems and inflorescence intermediate between putative parents. Only single plant seen, putative parents common in surrounding brush.
