HabitatJoshua Tree Woodland with; blackbrush, Creosote Bush, and Salt Bush. Washes, flats, rolling hills; quarts and rhyolite with limestone outcroppings. Gutierrezia, Hilaria jamesii, Yucca schidigera and baccata. Locally common in rocky canyons-washes in fruit now.
