Locality immediately south of very tall telephone communications tower along freeway, 2.5 miles south of Liberal Avenue exit to Corning, U.S. Highway 99W.
HabitatOn gravelly fill on open highway in meridian area, associated with heavy grasses. Population size: ca. 500 lupine plants. Other similarly sized populations generally distributed in the area along the highway.
