Locality Sugarloaf Ridge State Park. About 50 air miles N of San Francisco, 10 air miles E of Santa Rosa, 1.5 air miles N of Kenwood, and 18 air miles NW of Napa. Adobe Canyon S of Sonoma Creek about 150 yards, 1/4 mile NW of confluence with Rattlesnake Creek, toe of Sugarloaf Ridge Campground.

HabitatFlat. Habitat: mixed evergreen forest. Associates: Umbellularia californica, Quercus kelloggii, Q. agrifolia, Pseudotsuga menziesii. Collected with E. cicutarium.
