Locality Mojave Desert; Southcentral Mojave Desert region: Along vague 4WD road appx. 4 mi. W of Flamingo Heights, accessible via series of dirt roads running W from Hondo St. and Hwy 247. 200 m W of main wash crossing.
HabitatShallow rocky drainage and slopes surrounded by large sculpted granite outcrops. Decomposed granite soil with Coleogyne ramosissima, Acacia greggii, Prunus fasciculata, Yucca schidigera, Grayia spinosa, Lycium, Hymenoclea, Juniperus.
