HabitatSmall dry grazed meadow in Artemisia tridentata scrub. 10 deg. E-facing slope of fine silty pumice soil. Dominated by Carex douglasii,; with Muhlenbergia richardsonis, Castilleja pilosis, Eriogonum spergulinum, Achnatherum nevadensis, Rumex pauciflorus, Chenopodium.
