HabitatVery steep NW-facing 40 deg. slope of loose pumice alluvium and coarse rhyolite talus. Open woodland of Pinus contorta and occasional Pinus flexilis, with scant herb layer including Eriogonum lobbii, Raillardella argentea, Swertia puberulenta.
